ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Qualifications & Age Criteria:

  • Baby Class (2.5 years)
  • Pre-Nursery (3 years)
  • Nursery (4 years)
  • Prep (5 years)
  • Class I (6 years)

For Classes II-VI, the age criteria align accordingly.

Medium of Instruction:

  • The medium of instruction should ideally be English from Pre-Nursery onward, though it is not compulsory up to Class Prep.
  • From Class I onwards, the medium of instruction must be in English.

Parents’ Qualification:

  • Parents/Guardians should be committed to their child's education and development.

Step-by-Step Admission Process:

  1. Enquiry:
    Visit the school office or call for admission details.

  2. Purchase of Prospectus:
    Obtain the prospectus and the registration/admission form from the school.

  3. Form Submission:
    Submit the completed registration/admission form along with the required documents.

  4. Counselling:
    Attend a counselling session, where parents/guardians meet with the school’s academic team.

  5. Result:
    Based on the counselling and screening (if applicable), results will be communicated.

  6. Admission Confirmation:
    After successful evaluation, parents/guardians will be notified of admission confirmation.

  7. Parents’ Meeting:
    Attend a mandatory meeting for final formalities and orientation.

  8. Purchase of School Supplies:
    School uniforms, books, and stationery can be purchased as per the list provided.

  9. Class Opening:
    Once all formalities are completed, the child can join the class on the designated date.


Essential Documents Required for Admission:

  • Xerox copy of the Birth Certificate
  • Four passport-sized photographs of the child
  • Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.)/School Leaving Certificate (S.L.C.) (for transfers)
  • One ticket-sized photograph and full signature of three authorized persons responsible for receiving the child at departure (not applicable for school vehicle users)
  • Xerox copy of the Health Certificate
  • One passport-sized family photograph

Responsibility of the Designated Guardian (R.P.):

The designated person is fully responsible for the overall care of the child, including attending meetings, ensuring the child’s safety, and updating the school on changes in guardianship or residential address in writing.


Important Notes:

  • No Special Concessions:
    Any requests for out-of-the-way admissions, fee concessions, relaxation of rules, or special privileges will not be accepted.

  • Change in Guardianship/Residential Address:
    Any changes must be promptly informed to the school office in writing.


Admission File:

Upon confirmation of admission, parents/guardians will receive an admission file containing important documents:

  • Instruction Form
  • Book/Copy List
  • School Goods/Uniform List
  • Class Routine
  • Course of Studies
  • Holiday List
  • School Diary
